Hey everyone,
I know its been a long time since the last email. I am sorry for that, I was in and out of Chicago, outside of London, setting up the flat. Really I was just tired each time I wanted to do it, so here it is. So alot of things have happened since the last email, let see...
So I think the last email left off with Lindsay moving to London. So the quick things, I figured out how to get free digital TV at my flat before satellite showed up. This only lasted a few weeks as we got Sky TV, which London's version of DirecTV. I got the sports package so I can watch football games, you know soccer. No seriously I also got alot of NFL games and didn't have to go to work anymore to watch them. Along with that we got the internet, I'm sure most of you know what that is.We hit up Brussels and Brugge, Belgium one weekend in December for the Christmas markets. We took the new faster EuroStar. Brugge was awesome, Small little town, where most the roads are so small you can't drive a car on them. We had a hotel that had bikes to ride around, and a view of the canal system. We rode bikes everywhere we went, had some nice dinners, ice skated and relaxed. On the way back we had 4-5 hrs to discover Brussels as I have never been there before. There was nothing great about this place other than it being the gateway to Brugge, chocolate and the mannequin piste, the pissing statue.

The next weekend I went to Budapest, Hungary with work, it was another short weekend trip. I didn't sleep to much this weekend as we partied at night and I tried waking up early to see the sites. Mostly the old town which was on the top of a hill/castle walls. I was able to hit up a old school hot bath(I think Hungarian?). Might also want to check out the plane I took there...

Lindsay and I then went home to Chicago for Christmas and her brother's wedding. I saw most of you when we came into town. The best thing about that trip was that it was the first time I've been home since working where I didn't have to go to work. It was enjoyable. While home we stocked up on alot of supplies as things cost alot more here with the dollar being so worthless.
Here are some pics from that time at home, I was not there when Candi was eating her auyo lemono soup(wedding obligations) but it looks like it was a fun time.

We got back to London just in time to work a day and have New Years in London. Most the people we knew here went home too, so there was no one to go out and party with. So I took Lindsay to the bar/restaurant named Wodka. I bet you can guess what they serve. Vodka it is. We ordered some flavored homemade vodka but they misunderstood me and brought something lindsay didn't like. So I had to drink most the kraft. We had a really good dinner and celebrated with the polish waitresses, Bug you would have loved it. Here are some pics of us with our vodka.

Our next trip was to Hampton Court Palace and ice skating. We toured the inside and outside of the palace, found a little kineso boy that was lost. He was hilarious, hiding from the English lady trying to help him. Had dinner in the town, then ice skated.

Lately Lindsay started working at RBS(Royal Bank of Scotland)
Then I went back to Chicago for work and to load up on more supplies.
We then went with some friends from work to Morzine, France to ski and snowboard. It was so warm, and the snowboarding was great. I'll just let the pics speak for themselves as Lindsay needs help with passing some boards on a Wii game.

We are done getting our flat all setup. We had some early issues with the fridge and they replaced that, so brand new fridge. We had issues this weekend with our shower and they fixed it yesterday, which was awesome since they made the water pressure stronger.
Oh and I almost forgot, for all those that forgot, last weekend was my B-Day, I turned 30. I played Bball, took Lindsay on a bike ride, then went to dinner and went out clubbing with some friends here. We went to a club that I was told Madonna had her BDAY at if any of you care. We have not had a celebrity siting yet, but if you know me I could care less about that.
Happy V-Day, as always you can check the website for updates, I have to add pics to brugge, morzine, and then some from my bday...hopefully before the weekend is over.
